Mist it wherever you want a burst of fresh, cooling aroma — in the shower, on your pillow, in the car, or around your personal space. Close your eyes before spraying, keep the mist away from your face and eyes, and allow the refreshing aroma to surround you as you breathe naturally.

👃 Herbal Aromatherapy Inhaler — Inhale + Refresh
Remove the cap, hold the inhaler just beneath one nostril, and gently inhale the aroma. Repeat on the other side as desired. Do not insert deeply into the nostrils.

🚿 Sinus Shower Relief Scrub — Scrub + Steam
For shower use only. Apply a small amount to targeted areas such as the upper chest, upper back, or shoulders, then gently massage into the skin while enjoying the cooling aroma released by the warmth and steam of your shower.

It can also be massaged onto areas such as the shoulders, back, arms, or legs when you’re looking for a cooling massage experience after a long day or physical activity.

Rinse thoroughly after use. This is a targeted scrub and does not need to be applied over the entire body.
